Almost Thanksgiving... Who's Ready for a Break?

I'm sure some of you are counting down the days like I am until we're off to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday but we can't go on break before revisiting those 6th grade clay projects from a few weeks back. Here they are: the texture owls ready for the upcoming holiday! They are finally complete!

I'm very proud with how they turned out and hope the families of my students will enjoy them as much as I do. And now, as I try to fight off a cold, try to keep my kiddos motivated until the end of this trimester which ends next week, I'm also trying to wrap up final lessons with some 2D drawing projects. Your know that you're going to rest well when it's not even 4pm yet and you've already walked over 3 miles around your classroom. I guess I'll put in the time now to save room for all those extra calories this weekend! Happy Fall, Y'all!
